With reference to the current report No. 28/2017 of December 12, 2017, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that today received a signed contract for the construction of a production, warehouse and office hall, concluded with ANIFLEX SPÓŁKA JAWNA GŁOWACKA I WSPÓLNICY based in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.
The value of the contract – PLN 6 779 535.00 (net value). Deadline for completion – until 31 March 2019.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR because the value of the contract exceeds amount of 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
