The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”), in addition to the information provided in Current Report No. 22/2016 of 28 October 2016. On changes in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer announces that on the Supervisory Board meeting on 18 November 2016 the Supervisory Board acting pursuant to § 19 paragraph. 3 of the Statute of the Issuer and § 2. 4 of the Regulations of the Supervisory Board resolved to appoint as Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Karol Żbikowski.

Therefore, the current composition of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer is as follows:

1. Karol Żbikowski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
2. Andrzej Karczykowski as Member of the Supervisory Board,
3. Krzysztof Obłój as Member of the Supervisory Board,
4. Marcin Pędziński as a Member of the Supervisory Board,
5. Michał Suflida as a Member of the Supervisory Board.
