On 1 June 2012 the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. decided on the selection of Auditor of PROCHEM S.A. in 2012.
Company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with the registered office in Warsaw at 51, Chłodna str. with permissions:
- entry in the National Court Register under number 339379
- entry in the Polish National Council of Certified Auditors in Warsaw – No. 3546 3546
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
The above-mentioned firm has been the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. since 2011.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
