On 10 June 2011 the Supervisory Board decided about appointment of the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. for the year 2011.
Company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. limited partnership with the registered office in Warsaw at 51 Chłodna Str. was chosen, having the following entitlements:
– entry in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000339379,
– entry in the Polish National Chamber of Registered Auditors in Warsaw under the number 3546.
Company KPMG Audyt has been auditing financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. in the years 1993 – 1996 and in the year 2010.
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
