On 11 June 2010 Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. decided about choosing the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. for the year 2010.
KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. was chosen with the registered office in Warsaw at Chłodna 51 Str., having the following entitlements:
- entry in the National Court Register under the number 0000339379,
- entry in the Polish National Chamber of Registered Auditors in Warsaw under the number 458.
Company KPMG Audyt has been auditing financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. in the years 1993 – 1996.
Supervisory Board selected the auditor pursuant to applicable regulations and with auditing standards.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
