On May 31, 2023, the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A., in accordance with § 22 sec. 2 item 9) of the Company’s Statutes, selected an auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group for the years 2023-2025.
The company Misters Audytor Adviser Spółka z o.o. was selected, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-520), at ul. Wiśniowa 40, KRS number 0000375656, authorized to audit financial statements based on the entry on the list of audit firms kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw under number 3704.
The company was selected by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
Misters Auditor Adviser sp. z o. o. audited the Issuer’s financial statements for the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.

Agreement with Misters Audytor Adviser sp. z o. o. will be concluded for the audit of financial statements for the financial years 2023- 2025.
