On June 12, 2018, the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A., in accordance with § 22 section 2 item 9) of the Company’s Statute, chose an auditor to audit financial statements PROCHEM S.A. and the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group for 2018 and 2019.
Was chosen the company Misters Audytor Adviser sp. o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw (02-520), at Wiśniowa 40 Street, KRS No. 0000375656, which is authorized to audit financial statements based on an entry in the list of audit firms kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors of Warsaw, under Number 3704.
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
Misters Audytor Adviser sp. z o. o. has audited the Issuer’s financial statements for the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Agreement with Misters Audytor Adviser Sp. z o. o. will be concluded to cover an audit of financial statements for the financial years 2018 and 2019.
