On 10 June 2016 the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. has selected an auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and the Capital Group of PROCHEM S.A. for the year 2016.
Has been selected KPMG Audyt Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw at 4A Inflancka Street, with permissions:
– entry in the National Court Register under No. 339379,
– entry in the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Warsaw – No. 3546.
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
The above-mentioned firm has been the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. since 2011.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
