On 12 June 2015 the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. selected the auditor to audit the financial statements of PROCHEM S.A. and Capital Group of PROCHEM S.A. for the year 2015.
Has been selected KPMG Audit Limited Liability Company Sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw at Chłodna No. 51 Street, with the powers:
- entry in the National Court Register under number 339 379,
- entry in the National Chamber of Chartered Auditors in Warsaw – No. 3546.
The company was chosen by the Supervisory Board in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
The above-mentioned firm has been the auditor of PROCHEM S.A. since 2011.
The agreement will be concluded for the period of one year.
