Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. is notifying, that tasks of the committee of audit required according to art. 86 of the Law of 7 May 2009 on statutory auditors and their self-government, entities authorized to audit financial statements and on the public supervision were entrusted to the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.
