The establishment of security by PROCHEM SA for bank advanced payment guarantee The establishment of security by PROCHEM SA for bank advanced payment guarantee

On 10 June 2013, PROCHEM SA received signed agreement from BRE SA Corporate Branch in Warsaw under which the Issuer has established a cash deposit by way of security of guarantee provided by the BRE SA on behalf of PROCHEM SA for advance payment guarantee. The guarantee amount is EUR 7 230 000 EUR, and the period of validity expires on 6 April 2016.
The beneficiary of the guarantee is Mineral Wax Plant seated in Swislocz in Belarus. The height of the deposit is EUR 2 190 910. The amount of the deposit will decrease with decreasing of the amount of guarantee as result of the partial settlement of advance.
The amount of the cash deposit exceeds 10% of the issuer’s equity.
