The constitution of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. The constitution of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”), with reference to information in Current Report No. 11/2017 of 10 June 2017 on the establishment of the Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office, announces that on the meeting of the Supervisory Board on July 7, 2017 the Supervisory Board acting pursuant to § 19 section 3 of the Articles of Association of the Issuer and § 2 section 4 of the Bylaw of the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the election of Mr. Marek Garliński to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and on the election of Mr. Karol Żbikowski as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Therefore, the Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office was constituted as follows:
- Marek Garliński as Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Karol Żbikowski as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Andrzej Karczykowski as Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Krzysztof Obłój as Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Marcin Pędziński as Member of the Supervisory Board.
