Acting on the base of § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs about the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2022.

ANNUAL REPORTS FOR 2021
– separate annual report – 2022.04.28
– consolidated annual report – 2022.04.28

EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT
– for the first half of 2022 – 2022.09.27

The Issuer informs that according to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance withdraws from the publication of the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2022.

At the same time, pursuant to § 62 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, Regulation the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. declares that in consolidated quarterly reports will be published quarterly financial information regarding PROCHEM S.A. and in the interim consolidated financial report the condensed interim financial report of the parent entity PROCHEM S.A. together with the auditor’s report on the review of the financial statements.
