EXTENDED CONSOLIDATED SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT

– for the first half of 2015 31 August 2015

At the same time according to § 83 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. declares that in the consolidated quarterly reports will publish quarterly financial information concerning the company PROCHEM S.A., and in the consolidated semi-annual report the condensed semi-annual financial statements of the parent company PROCHEM S.A. together with the auditors’ opinion on the review of the separate financial statements.
