Acting on the basis of § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Finance Minister from 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent the information required by state not being a member, Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces the dates for periodic reports in 2013.

– for the first half of 2013 2 Sept. 2013

At the same time according to § 83 section 1 and section 3 of the Regulation as above, of Regulation mentioned above PROCHEM S.A. Management Board states that in consolidated quarterly reports will publish quarterly financial information concerning Company PROCHEM S.A. and in consolidated semi-annual report, shortened interim financial statement of the parent company PROCHEM S.A. together with the opinion of the auditor on audit of separate financial statement.
