With reference to the content of report No. 26/2017 from December 4, 2017, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that to this day the contractual conditions making possible of entering the contract into force of the contract concluded with “Pałac na Wodzie” seated in Staniszów on the execution of design works and construction and assembly works within the investment task consisting in the extension of the complex of hotel “PAŁAC NA WODZIE W STANISZOWIE” have not been met by the company “Pałac Na Wodzie” Sp. z o. o. seated in Staniszów.
In connection with the above, the indicated contract has been terminated.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.
