With reference to current report no. 1/2017 dated January 30, 2017, in which PROCHEM S.A. has informed about the deadlines for submitting periodical reports in 2017, PROCHEM S.A. hereby informs that pursuant to § 101 section 2 of Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent required by the law of a non-Member State, the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2016.
Other deadlines for publication of reports, as specified in current report no. 1/2017 dated January 30, 2017, remain unchanged.
