The Management Board of PROCHEM SA informs that the Supervisory Board on 28 April 2016 positively assessed the Management Board’s recommendation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2015 attributable to shareholders of the Company as follows:
to dividend payment an amount of PLN 1 558 000 (which represents PLN 0.40 per share),
to reserve capital PLN 655 046.3.
The proposed dividend registration date : 30 June 2016
The proposed dividend payment date : 15 July 2016.
