The Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. on June 13, 2015, appointed the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. for the next three-year term of office in unchanged composition, namely:

Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Company’s Management Board,

Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board,
Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board.
