Appointment of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A.

Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Company’s Management Board,
Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board,
Krzysztof Marczak – Management Board Member
Other data about above mentioned persons given in the earlier reports and published on the website of PROCHEM S.A. remain unchanged.
