The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on August 25, 2020, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment of the following Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company to the Supervisory Board of the 11th joint term of office beginning on August 25, 2020:

- Wiesław Kiepiel
- Krzysztof Obłój
- Karol Żbikowski
