Appointment of the Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on June 10, 2017, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment of the following Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company to the Company’s Supervisory Board of the 10th joint tenure, which commences on 10 June 2017:

Marek Garliński
Andrzej Karczykowski
Krzysztof Obłój
Marcin Pędziński
Karol Żbikowski

The education, qualifications, and the positions previously occupied, including professional experience of the members of the Supervisory Board, who have performed the functions in the Supervisory Board of the previous term, i.e of Messrs. Andrzej Karczykowski, Krzysztof Obłój, Marcin Pędziński, and of Karol Żbikowski – are available on the website of the Issuer.
