The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”) informs that on July 7, 2017, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board appointed an audit committee composed of:

Karol Żbikowski – Chairman of the audit committee
Marek Garliński – Member of the audit committee
Marcin Pędziński – Member of the audit committee


The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that the Committee in the indicated composition meets the criteria of independence and other requirements specified in art. 129 section 1,3,5 and 6 of the Act on statutory auditors, audit firms and public oversight (Journal of Laws from 2017, item 1089).
