Appointment of the Members of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on 11 June 2016, in connection with the dismissal by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the two current Members of the Supervisory Board, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders appointed to the Supervisory Board:

Mr. Michał Suflida, and
Mr. Karol Żbikowski.

According to the statement, Mr. Michał Suflida does not conduct any other activity performed outside the issuer’s business, which could be considered competitive to the activities performed in the enterprise of the issuer and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the body of capital company as well as is not a partner in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body;

The Management Board of the Issuer informs that according to the presented curriculum vitae, Mr. Karol Żbikowski currently serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elektrobudowa S.A.
In the opinion of the Management Board of the Issuer, this means that Mr. Karol Żbikowski participates in a legal person, which is competitive for the issuer, as a member of its governing body.
