On 22 April 2013 the company PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with Salt Mines Inowrocławskie “SOLINO” SA with registered office in Inowrocław.

The contract covers design and construction management for the project “Infrastructure for storage caverns G-10 and G-21 and the exploitation hole G-40”.

The contract value – 8 346 743 PLN (GROSS). Carrying out time – 63 weeks from the date of signing the contract. The agreement contains provisions concerning penalties, its value is limited to 60% of net payment. The agreement was considered significant because the value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
