Conclusion of significant agreement by PROCHEM S.A.

On 13 May 2013 PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with Soda Polska CIECH S.A. seated in Inowrocław. Subject of the agreement is the preparing of technical documentation and procurement for the project “Intensification of production of soda ash by 200,000 tons per year in Soda Polish Ciech”.
The contract value – 12 644 400 PLN (GROSS VALUE).
Period of performance – about 20 months from the date of signing the contract.
The agreement includes provisions for contractual penalties, its value is limited to 10% of the net payment. Each party has the opportunity to claim compensation on general principles above the amount of contractual penalties, but not more than 20% of net payment.
The agreement is considered significant because it exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
