The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. is notifying that on the day 18.06.2010 received the Appendix No 8 to the Agreement of co-operation signed by BRE Bank S.A. increasing the amount of the limit of bank products to the amount of PLN 25,000,000 for the period up to day 30 of June 2011. Within extended limit   bank   is making the following products available:

–         letters of credit without advance coverage with the payment deadline to 30 June 2014,

–         bank guarantees with the expiry date up to 36 months,

–         credit in overdraft up to the amount of PLN 8,000,000 for the period to 30 June 2011.

The interest and the amount of the profit margin for using individual products were established on market conditions.

The security for agreement constitute:

–         mortgage on security up to the amount of PLN 37 500 000   on the real estate being a property of the subsidiary IRYDION Sp. z o.o. of the area of 1.9360 hectare situated in Warsaw at 128 Jutrzenki Str. The value of the mortgage exceeds 100 % values of the real estate.

–         bill of exchange in blank issued every time in case of using the guarantee or letter of credit.

The agreement was regarded as meaning because exceeds 10 % values of equity of PROCHEM S.A.
