Management Board of PROCHEM SA announces that on October 18, 2013 received a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments from the following persons required to provide information about the acquisition on 16 October 2013 of the following number of shares PROCHEM SA at a price of PLN 25.50,outside a regulated market, following the division of the assets of the company Prochem M. Garliński Spółka Komandytowa.

  1. Chairman of Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. Mr. Andrzej Karczykowski: 95,186 shares with a value of PLN 2 427 243
  2. Member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM SA: 15,300 shares with a value of PLN 390 150, the person to whom concern the notice did not consent to the publication of personal data
  3. Member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. Mr. Marek Garliński: 49,276 shares with a value of PLN 1,256,538.
  4. President of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski: 43,156 shares with a value of PLN 1,100,478
  5. Vice President of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. Mr. Marek Kiersznicki: 52,643 shares with a value of PLN 1,342,396.50
  6. Vice President of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. Mr. Krzysztof Marczak: 33,669 shares with a value of PLN 858,559.50
  7. Proxy of PROCHEM SA: 16,221 shares with a value of PLN 413 635.50, the proxy holder has not given consent to the publication of personal data.
  8. Proxy of PROCHEM S.A.: 26,935 shares with a value of PLN 686,842.50, the proxy holder has not given consent to the publication of personal data.

  2. Vice President of the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. Mr. Krzysztof Marczak announced the acquisition on the Stock Exchange on 8 October 2013 of 1 PROCHEM share at a price of PLN 23.50.
