The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that on 28 June 2016 received a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, the person liable, on the transaction of purchase of the company’s ordinary shares on 24 June 2016. by a close person, on the WSE S.A. regulated market in the amount of 18 500 pcs. in the price of PLN 17 per share.
