PROCHEM S.A. has received notification of the extension of the validity period of the agreement known as the PHC AGREEMENT.

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on January 18, 2018 received a notification from the POROZUMIENIE PHC that in accordance with art. 69 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with Art. 87 sec. section1 item 5 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, that the persons listed in Annex 1 that acceded to the POROZUMIENIE PHC – an agreement on cooperation in the exercising of their rights from the owned shares in PROCHEM S.A. in Warsaw, have prolonged the term of the said agreement until the ending of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A. convened for January 26, 2018 (according to the Company’s report of December 11, 2017).

The members of the agreement jointly hold 868 596 shares of PROCHEM S.A., giving the right to exercise 869,696 votes at the general meeting of shareholders of PROCHEM S.A., which corresponds to 22.32% of the total number of votes and represents 22.30% of the share capital.
