The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that on 20 December 2016. received a notification from POROZUMIENIE PHC, that in accordance with Art. 69 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with Art. 87 sec. section 1 item 5 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, that upon the decision of the persons which were listed in Annex 1, and which have joined the POROZUMIENIE PHC – an agreement on cooperation on the exercise of rights from shares held in the company PROCHEM S.A. in Warsaw, term of validity of this agreement was prolonged up to 31 December 2017 (according to the notice dated 13 October 2013, date of the agreement was defined until 31 December 2016).

The members of the agreement jointly hold 662 849 shares of the company PROCHEM S.A., which gives the right to exercise 663 749 votes at the general meeting of shareholders of PROCHEM S.A., which corresponds to 17.0338% of the total number of votes and represents 17.0179% of the share capital.
