Receipt of information on submitting by the issuer of the offer with the lowest price

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw at Łopuszańska 95 Street informs that on June 14, 2018 received information about submitting an offer with the lowest price in a tender procedure organized by Biblioteka Narodowa – Ordering Party (the National Library) for granting a public contract for: Performing of construction and installation works in the building complex “A” of Biblioteka Narodowa (the National Library) in Warsaw at Niepodległości Alley 213 in the scope of reconstruction of reading rooms and public accesable areas, along with building up on patio and delivery of equipment and fittings, as part of the project entitled “New Library of Polish Republic (Biblioteka Rzeczypospolitej) – modernization of reading rooms and public spaces of the Biblioteka Narodowa (the National Library) in Warsaw”.

The price of the offer submitted by PROCHEM S.A. is PLN 39 970 582,17 gross value.
(Say: thirty nine million nine hundred seventy thousand five hundred eighty two and 17/100 of Polish Zlotys).

Criteria for the evaluation of offers:
Price – 60%;
Warranty period and statutory warranty pertaining to construction and installation works, equipment and fittings – 28%;
Professional experience of a person appointed to perform the function of a site manager – 12%;
