The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the “Company”), with reference to the content of Current Report No. 16/2018 of 19 March 2018, informs that on October 22, 2018 from its proxy received a copy of the decision of the Supreme Court refusing to take for consideration a cassation complaint lodged by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland on behalf of PERN S.A. from the verdict of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, 1st Civil Department of 30 October 2017, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 19/2017 of October 30, 2017.
