On 23th February 2010 PROCHEM RPI Sp. z o.o, with the registered office in Warsaw took up 86 newly created ITEL Sp. z o.o. shares of the total nominal value of PLN 301 000. Every share has the nominal value of PLN 3 500.
Shares were left taken up at the nominal value and payed with the cash. Above mentioned capital investment has long-term character.
Assets were recognized as assets of considerable value, since after the registration of increased capital of the ITEL company with registered office in Gdynia by the court :
– PROCHEM RPI Sp. z o.o. will be holding 23 % of capital of this company,
– PROCHEM S.A. will be holding 18,7% of capital of this company (at present 35%).
In sum the Capital Group will be holding 41.7 % capital in the ITEL company.
