The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”) submits the correction of the report for the third quarter of 2018 published by the Issuer on November 14, 2018. The correction is published in connection with the writing mistake in naming the individual items in the Selected financial data of PROCHEM S.A. In the presentation of this data, the word “loss” was used instead of “Profit / (loss)”. Below are the data before correction and after correction.
The above described correction does not affect the values included in the interim consolidated financial statements.
In the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI) the Company’s Management Board will submit a revised report for the third quarter with the aforementioned change.
