Correction of interim report for the third quarter of 2017

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”) submits an adjustment to the report for the third quarter of 2017 published by the Issuer on 14 November 2017. The adjustment is related to the error included in the statement of changes in the shareholding of the issuer’s shares or the rights to them by the managing and supervising persons. The report for the third quarter of 2017 does not include the number of shares held by Mr. Marek Garliński, Supervisory Board member in the amount of 88,000 shares. This information was provided in the report for the first half of 2017, but was not transferred to the report for the third quarter of 2017.

The above described correction does not affect the values included in the interim consolidated financial statements.
In the Electronic Information Transfer System (ESPI), the Management Board of the Company will submit a revised report for the third quarter with the aforementioned change.
