The company PROCHEM S.A. sends a correction report no 1/2016, which includes the addition to the report of information on transactions done in the individual session days with stating the average price, and the total transaction volume on this day. Member of the Supervisory Board in the period from 9 September 2015 to 21 October 2015 made the purchase of shares of PROCHEM S.A., as a result of transactions on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA in Warsaw as following:
- purchase on 9 September 2015 of 76 shares at PLN 18.10 per share
- purchase on 15 September 2015 of 50 shares at PLN 18.05 per share
- purchase on 17 September 2015 of 50 shares at PLN 18.06 per share
- purchase on 22 September 2015 of 74 shares at PLN 17.00 per share
- purchase on 7 October 2015 of 150 shares at PLN 16.40 per share
- purchase on 21 October 2015 of 100 shares at PLN 16.40 per share
