The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (“Issuer”), informs that on August 27, 2021 received the notification of the transactions referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).
Notifications were made by the following persons holding managerial responsibilities:
