Information on transactions, obtained pursuant to the article 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation MAR

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”) announces that on 24 November 2016 received the notification of the transactions referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).

Notifications have been submitted by the following persons exercising managerial responsibilities, and persons closely associated with persons, exercising managerial responsibilities:
Michał Suflida – member of the Supervisory Board,
Iwona Suflida – person closely related to the member of the Supervisory Board as above.
