Information on transactions, obtained pursuant to the article 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation MAR

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The „Issuer”), hereby informs that on 23 March 2018 received the notification of the transactions referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”).

Notifications were made by the following persons holding managerial responsibilities:
Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Issuer’s Management Board;
Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board;
Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board;
Marek Garliński – Chairman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board;
Andrzej Karczykowski – Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board;
Maciej Kalita – Proxy, Project and Construction Management in the Issuer’s Company;
Grzegorz Kobyłecki – Proxy, Director of Prochem Projekt Division;
Barbara Auguścińska-Sawicka – Proxy, Chief accountant
