The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on 26 January 2018, as a result of informing the Company by the shareholder’s proxy Value Fund Poland Activist Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty with its registered office in Warsaw, has received information that the District Court in Warsaw in the proceeding from the application filed by Value Fund Poland Activist Investment Fund Closed with its registered office in Warsaw with the participation of the Company and some shareholders, decided on granting security by ban on the exercise of voting rights attached to shares in PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, in relation to the shareholders indicated in the decision.
Applicant (Poland Activist Value Fund Closed Investment Fund with its seat in Warsaw) had been given a two-week time limit for bringing a lawsuit against under the pain of that the security will be considered null and void.
