The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), with reference to the information in the current report No. 16/2018 of 19 March 2018, informs that on April 5, 2018, to the proxy of the Company was delivered a copy of cassation appeal lodged by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland on behalf of PERN SA against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, 1st Civil Department of 30 October 2017, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 19/2017 from October 30, 2017.
After reviewing the content of the complaint, the Company will have a possibility to submit a response to the cassation appeal.
