Concluding an agreement – Pratt and Whitney

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on July 26, 2024, the Issuer concluded an agreement with Pratt and Whitney Kalisz Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością seated in Kalisz for the design and delivery of galvanic line (Stage I of the Agreement) and development and implementation of the production process (Stage II of the Agreement).

The time for the execution of the contract is set for October 2025 (for Stage I) and March 2026 (for Stage II).

The Issuer’s total remuneration provided for in the contract is approximately PLN 26.8 million net.
