The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on December 11, 2024, the Issuer concluded an agreement with StaOil sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kosów Lacki for performing the works in the formula of the Management Contracting (GRI) on the premises of the Oilseed Processing Plant in Kosów Lacki.

The contract completion date is set for February 2027.

The Issuer’s remuneration includes remuneration for design work and remuneration for  performing the works in the scope of management contracting, including the margin and coverage of the costs of implementing the subject of the agreement, hence the final amount of PROCHEM S.A.’s remuneration will be possible to determine after the settlement of the incurred costs. Taking into account the investment budget and the scope of works, the expected remuneration of the Issuer will exceed PLN 50 million net.
