The competition “Construction of the Year” is organized annually by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and the General Office of Building Control. The awarded investments are always the objects, in which were applied the most modern technical solutions, with high functionality, and of the highest quality materials of construction and finishing materials. The big importance have issues related to the applied building technologies, organization and course of the entire construction process, an extremely important at the assessment are also safety aspects and the impact of investments on the environment. All investments awarded in the competition meet the established criteria at a very high level.

In this year’s 26th edition of the competition the prizes were awarded in ten categories. To win the awards in the most important competition for the construction industry, which are called the Oscars in the construction industry, in this year competed an exceptionally lots of investments – 58 objects were qualified for the final. We welcome the fact that at the high competition, the title and a prize of the second degree among the most appreciated realizations in Poland in the category of office and service buildings, was awarded the new headquarters of PROCHEM – office complex ASTRUM Business Park in Warsaw. Thus, our Company, which performed the works in the formula of the Management Contracting received the prestigious and most appreciated in the industry the title of the “Construction of the Year 2015”.

ASTRUM – one of the biggest recently completed, modern office complexes in Warsaw, has become one of the most appreciated office buildings in Poland by professionals. The award and the obtaining of the title “Construction of the Year” means a prestige for the PROCHEM and our new headquarters, as well as confirmation of the meeting by the investment of all criteria in the competition at a high level.
Once again our experience, as well as specialized knowledge and high quality of services provided, have been noticed and appreciated in the competition, which is the most important, and the most significant in the construction market in the country.
