Krzysztof Marczak

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics) in the field of Economics. He also completed MBA management studies at the University of Warsaw.
Mr. Marczak has been associated with PROCHEM S.A. since 1988. He gained experience in the Contracting Department, and then managing the Finance and Accounting Department. In 2000, Mr. Marczak filled the position of the company’s Finance Director. Mr. Marczak joined the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. in 2008, and since 2012 he has been the Vice President of the Management Board.
Mr. Marczak serves on the Management Boards of the following companies: PROCHEM Inwestycje Sp. z o. o. (since 2008), and also as the President of the Management Board in: IRYDION Sp. z o. o. (since 2013, previously as a Management Board Member), PROCHEM RPI Sp. z o .o. (since 2006). Currently, Mr. Marczak performs the function of a Supervisory Board Member in one of the largest electro installation companies in southern Poland – Elektromontaż Kraków S.A. (since 2006).
