Change of the date of the hearing before the Court of Appeal in the case against PERN S.A.

With reference to the information contained in the interim reports of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”) in the scope of the court proceeding concerning the settlement of the contract in the formula of GRI (the Management Contracting) which was suspended on November 10, 2005 for the execution of investment project “Rurociąg w relacji ST-1 Adamowo-Baza Surowcowa Plebanka” concluded by Consortium the Leader of which was Issuer and Current Report No. 7/2017 dated 31 May 2017, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that on July 25, 2017 received information about the change of the date of the appeal hearing before the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, I Civil Division. The court cancelled the date set for 2nd of August 2017, and a new date for the appeal hearing was set for October 16, 2017.

The Issuer will inform regularly in Current Reports about further events in legal proceedings.

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 section 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the subject in dispute.
