On 22 March 2011 the Company was informed that on 17 March 2011 on the basis on the contract for sale Advanced Solutions International Polska Sp. z o.o. (subsidiary of PROCHEM S.A.) with registered office in Zabrze, sold 480 shares of nominal value of PLN each, of total value of PLN 48,000, representing 80% of all shares of the company PROTRADE Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Gdynia, to Grzegorz Siodłowski – Chairman of Advanced Solutions International Polska Sp. z o. o.
Price of the purchase/sale of the share – PLN 100
The book value of these assets in account books of ASI is negative.
The criterion for recognizing of the above that Advanced Solutions International Polska Sp. z o.o. sold more than 20% of shares of company PROTRADE namely 80% of all shares is a criterion underlying regarding assets mentioned above as assets of considerable value.
