Conclusion of significant contracts

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on August 31, 2021, were concluded two agreements related to the task carried out by the Orlen Group, entitled “Implementation of the strategy to implement hydrogen as a transport fuel. Construction of a hydrogen hub in Anwil Włocławek”.

Agreements, included in the EPC formula, include:

  • The Issuer’s Agreement with Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. for the construction of the Hydrogen Distribution Center in Włocławek – part of OSBL with remuneration in the amount of approx. PLN 33.3 million net ;
  • Agreement between the Issuer and ANWIL S.A. for the construction of a hydrogen hub – part of ISBL with remuneration of approx. PLN 49.5 million net.


The time for the performance of both contracts is set for May 2023.

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the above-mentioned contracts.
