PROCHEM SA informs that on 14 June 2013 the Company’s bank account received an advance in the amount of EUR 7 230 000 representing 15% of the value of the contract with Mineral Wax Factory SA for the “turnkey” construction of “System for the production of highly purified paraffin, oils and greases with the expansion of the power complex”.
In connection with the receipt of the advance on 14 June 2013 started running all the terms and contractual obligations concerning the implementation of the above mentioned contract.
The agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
